Dr. Eric Weiss – Medical Director, Autism Program
Dr. Eric Weiss is a board-certified surgeon and regenerative medicine pioneer who has devoted his career to transforming the lives of children with autism through innovative, science-based therapies. After a successful tenure in surgery, Dr. Weiss made the bold decision to step away from the operating room to focus exclusively on stem cell-based treatments for autism spectrum disorder. This choice was deeply personal: his own son was diagnosed with autism, and witnessing his son’s dramatic improvements following stem cell therapy fueled his mission to bring these results to other families.

Clinical &Academic Background
A Father`s Mission
Driven by his youngest son Marston’s autism diagnosis, and inspired by cutting‑edge research showing neuroinflammation as a root cause, Dr. Weiss sought regenerative solutions. After Marston underwent umbilical cord stem cell therapy—beginning with privately arranged infusions and later under expert supervision—he achieved remarkable gains in speech, independence, and quality of life.
“I witnessed firsthand the transformative effects of stem cell therapy on my son—even though we began treatment when he was 23. Today, he lives independently, drives his own car, and holds a job. Stem cells didn’t just change his life—they changed our entire family. I’m absolutely committed to making these treatments accessible to everyone.”
Co-Author, Educating Marston
A heartfelt memoir co-written with his wife, Christine Weiss, detailing their multifaceted approach—ranging from vision and speech therapies to innovative stem cell treatments.

Everyone experiences happiness and sorrow, anger, joy, fear, surprise, loneliness. Kids on the spectrum feel just as deeply, but they often sound different, have more issues with confidence, and they don’t know what comes after “hi,” making their ability to focus and succeed in social situations hard. With Marston, I’d start every morning believing today was the day he was going to look into my eyes and really want me. He’d reach for me, smile for the first time. Walk. He’d say, “Mama,” “Daddy,” or even “ball.” By 1998, when he turned three, I’d uttered that same old prayer a thousand times, and I was more determined than ever to shatter the glass wall that separated my son from the rest of the world. Autism wasn’t widely talked about back then, and Facebook (networking) didn’t exist. Eric and I were on our own. This memoir is our journey of educating Marston through programs like The Institutes for the Achievement of Human Potential, Vision Therapy, the Tomatis® Method, Marion Blank’s approach to reading, hypotherapy, balloon dancing, and the list goes on…until we discovered stem cell replacement therapy. Love, faith, hard work, and teamwork have taught Marston how to strike up a
