Dr. Eric Weiss is a board-certified surgeon and regenerative medicine pioneer who has devoted his career to transforming the lives of children with autism through innovative, science-based therapies. After a successful tenure in surgery, Dr. Weiss made the bold decision to step away from the operating room to focus exclusively on stem cell-based treatments for autism spectrum disorder. This choice was deeply personal: his own son was diagnosed with autism, and witnessing his son’s dramatic improvements following stem cell therapy fueled his mission to bring these results to other families.

Over the past six years, Dr. Weiss has treated more than 400 children with stem cell therapy, leveraging data-driven protocols and clinical rigor to ensure safety and measurable outcomes. Every treatment is grounded in objective clinical findings, imaging, and pre/post-evaluations to track developmental progress.
Dr. Weiss is also a published author and co-author of “Educating Marston”, a heartfelt book that chronicles his family’s autism journey. With Marston, I’d start every morning believing today was the day he was going to look into my eyes and really want me. He’d reach for me, smile for the first time. Walk. He’d say, “Mama,” “Daddy,” or even “ball.” By 1998, when he turned three, I’d uttered that same old prayer a thousand times, and I was more determined than ever to shatter the glass wall that separated my son from the rest of the world. Autism wasn’t widely talked about back then, and Facebook (networking) didn’t exist. Eric and I were on our own.
